Internal Compliance Management Tool at EY
A project for Ernst & Young that I worked during my time at at EL Passion (software development agency) – a web-based management system for compliance and risk management. It enables employees to file reports and manage compliance with regulatory requirements, helping maintain workplace transparency. I joined to steer the design process mid-project, focusing on finalizing, refining, and organizing the pre-existing design elements partly under development.
UX Design
Prototyping
I was entrusted to lead and complete the product design of the project midway through its development. My main priority was to ensure an efficient and smooth development process in the face of all potential technical, organizational, and UX-related challenges.
The design needed to support multiple language versions, user roles, and device types – the design's complexity increased exponentially with each additional context.
The project was a balancing act between growing requirements and best UX practices, requiring me to moderate proper relationships between all parties involved.
I was onboarded into the project halfway through development. I needed to prioritize a smooth, hiccup-less workflow (which doesn't equate with sacrificing UX!)

I successfully wrapped up the project's design side and supported the cross-functional team afterwards. I’ve fostered an open approach to the design process which prioritized the input of others to ensure a proper all-rounded product direction.
I completed a uniform design across a variety of use cases, market variants, user roles, and device types without sacrificing the desired quality of user experience.
Complex interactive prototypes were critical in cooperating with developers and stakeholders. Non-technical EY representatives could better express their expectations thanks to an interactive wireframe.
A reformatted information structure streamlined the work of EY's compliance officers, as complex data sets were now logically organized.
